Pumpkin and Peanut Butter Treats
You will almost certainly have company in the kitchen while baking these yummy treats.
Ingredients:
- 2 ½ cups flour
- 1 can pumpkin puree (15 oz)*
- 3 generous tablespoons peanut butter (chunky or creamy)
- 2 eggs
- Cinnamon (just a couple of dashes – don’t overdo it)
*make sure you get pumpkin puree, not pie mix
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients until a nice dough forms. Roll out and use a cookie cutter to make shapes, or roll dough into small cookie balls. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until firm. Remove from oven and let cool completely on a wire rack. Store in airtight container in the refrigerator.
