A Contest, a Kid, and a Dog

In mid-September 2008, Mom noticed a contest on the back of a Milk-Bone box for “first ever spokes dog” in their 100-year history. Top prize was a $100,000 contract. All we had to do was send in a picture of one of us dogs and a family member having fun, relaxing or being silly. Milk-Bone called it a “Milk-Bone Moment.”

The Unsinkable Tiger

I love my family including Mom, Dad, Sadie and all five of my furry adopted siblings. But, there is one of them I think deserves some special recognition. It’s Tiger. At 14 years old, he is wide, low to the ground and what they call an Elderbull nowadays.

A Star is Born

To write about my adventures is fun, but to write about myself and how I help others is kind of embarrassing. This I can tell you…I was first trained and tested to become a TDI therapy dog. Then as my Dad’s needs changed, I went back to school and and graduated from Puppy Love Caring Canines School for service dogs.
